Comes with One Pair (2 pieces) of solid color practice cloth and 4 pieces of Velcro for attachment to the plastic swivel tube of the flag batons. (Flag Batons NOT included and sold separately). The flags are made from premium lightweight metallic tissue lame and feature professional double needle stitching.

1. If you are 5 feet 4 inches or shorter, we recommend the 25 inch flag twirling baton.
2. If you are taller than 5 feet 4 inches we recommend the 25 inch or the 28 inch flag twirling baton.
3. For children we recommend 20 inch flag twirling baton.
