FAQ

Shachah values your partnership with us in fulfilling the vision God has given us. Towards this end we strive to fill your orders and answer all inquiries in a timely manner. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we ask for your patience and understanding. The following are a set of guidelines we use to better serve you.

Who is Shachah:
  • Shachah is a Christian Ministry started by Pastor Michael Yap and Magrate Yap.
  • We are registered in the USA as Shachah LLC

Trouble getting a hold of us?
  • Our preferred customer service option is via email ([email protected]) as we check it often. However please feel free to call us (972-230-6519) and if we are away from the desk, leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we are able. Please note that we are not open on weekends, public holidays and when we are away conducting seminars.
  • We thank you for your patience and understanding, we will continue to do our best in responding to all correspondence in a timely fashion

Payment Options for USA and International Orders:

  • We accept all major credit cards such as: AMEX, Discover Card, Master Card and Visa Card.
  • USA Bank Check / Debit Cards that have a Master Card or Visa logo.
  • Western Union - Please contact Shachah Customer Service at 972-230-6519 or shachah@shachah.org for payment details. (Funds in US dollars ONLY) - once transfer is made please notify Shachah and provide the Control Number of the money transferred.
Order Processing:
  • We will process all orders within 3-5 working days after payment is completed. Orders received on a public holiday, weekends or when we are away conducting seminar, will be processed on the next business working day.
  • If you must change an order, we will work with you but be advised of possible limitations. Order status can be checked by sending an email with order number to shachah@shachah.org or calling us at 972-230-6519. Please have your order number and the name the order was placed under ready for customer representative. You may also check your order status by logging into your account if the order was placed online.
  • Please note that there may be orders that we are unable to accept and/or must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel any order for any reason. If order is placed online you will receive a cancellation confirmation.

Delivery Time:
  • All items are subject to availability.
  • In-Stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is completed.
  • Out of stock items will take longer to ship. We will advise you via email.
  • For Time Sensitive Orders please contact Shachah at [email protected] or call 972-230-6519 immediately to check item availability. Unless Rush Shipping is specified with order, all items will ship by regular shipping. Please include latest acceptable arrival date on order.
  • Additional Fees will apply if RUSH Shipping is requested (sorry no exceptions).
  • Standard shipping to an address within the 48 contiguous states in the Continental USA is 3-5 business days (approximate and not guaranteed). Actual shipping time is subject to terms and conditions of delivery service used.
  • Delivery to an address outside the 48 contiguous states in the Continental USA (such as APO/FPO, AE, AK, HI and U.S territories and others) and International shipping will take longer and additional charges may apply. Item/s for Return or Exchange:
  • All Shachah's manufactured/branded products for Return: Shachah will issue a credit for the purchase price paid (less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees). Customer is responsible for: appropriate shipping/handling charges for sending item/s to Shachah, insurance of package & applicable restocking fees.
  • All Shachah's manufactured/branded products for Exchange: Item/s for exchange & applicable payments must be received and completed before we can effect any exchange. Customer is responsible for: (a) appropriate shipping/handling charges for sending item/s to Shachah, (b) insurance of package (c) applicable restocking fees (d) shipping/handling charges for Shachah to ship items to customer.
  • There may be a delay if desired product for exchange is out of stock.
  • All exchanges / returns will be process within 5 business days once item/s is/are received by Shachah.

Return , Exchange & Limited Warranties Policy

Products that are Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable.

  • Custom / Special Orders: No return / exchange / refund for all custom/made-to-order products. No cancellation on custom/special order items after work has started. Please make sure that your measurements are correct before submitting order. Alterations done at Shachah must have prior approval before items are returned. Please contact Shachah Customer Service for alteration charges.
  • All Videos and DVD-Rs and Music CDs: Unless defective. Any defective item/s must be returned to Shachah and once verified, the item/s will be replaced with identical catalog # only (no exception).
  • All Sales and Discounted items: No Return / Exchange / Refund for any reason.
  • Any products specifically stated as Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable. If in doubt please check with Shachah Customer Service at 972-230-6519 or send an email to shachah@shachah.org

Return/Exchange Policy:
  • 14 days (after receiving the item/s) to return eligible products (products that have been purchased directly from Shachah) to Shachah for a credit, exchange or refund of the purchase price paid (less shipping and handling).
  • Customer must contact Shachah Customer Service at 972-230-6519 or send an email to shachah@shachah.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). Product must be shipped within 3 days from the date that RAN is issued. Shachah will not accept any items if there is no RAN #.
  • All items returned for exchange /refund /replacement will be subject to favorable inspection before we can effect an exchange / refund / replacement.

How to Return / Exchange:
  • To return products, customer must contact Shachah at 972-230-6519 or shachah@shachah.org to receive a Return / Exchange Authorization Number within 14 days once order is received.
  • Items must be returned to Shachah within 3 days of the date that Shachah issues the RAN.
  • At Shachah discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment.
  • Cost of return / exchange shipping is at customers expense. Please insure the shipment and we recommend a tracking number with return order or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
  • Please check with our office for an address to send Returns or Exchanges.

Shortage/Damaged items:
  • All shortage/Damaged items must be reported to Shachah within 3 days of receiving the package.
  • Please check the box thoroughly before reporting a shortage.
  • If you did not open the box, please check with anyone that might have open the box and taken item/s out without your knowledge.
  • Please email ([email protected]) or call us at 972-230-6519.
  • Please be specific in quantity and description of items short in receiving.
  • Please do not discard any packing material or the box.
  • If the box was damaged & broken open, we recommend you do not accept the package if you can. Otherwise please take a picture of the damaged box and send the picture to us via email. Then open the box, check the content and please keep all the content and the box.
  • Please take a picture of the damaged items and email us before you call us.
